Losing every single key to a car is a different problem entirely from a standard lockout. There's no spare to fall back on and no old key to copy from, which means the whole process has to start from zero — confirming exactly what the vehicle needs, then creating and programming a key that the car will actually accept as genuine. It's more involved than routine replacement, but it's still very much something we handle at the roadside rather than through a dealership. We use the vehicle's VIN and on-board diagnostic access to work out precisely what key and transponder type is required, then cut and program a new key directly to your car's immobiliser system. Depending on the vehicle this can take a bit longer than a standard callout, but you'll walk away with a fully working key rather than a temporary fix or a tow to a dealership.
