What happens next: We will tell you on the phone what the job is and give you a price before we set off, and if a rarer vehicle needs a particular key blank or transponder sourced first we will say so then rather than turning up and discovering it. Then we come to the vehicle. There is no tow, no dealership booking and no courtesy car to arrange: the cutting, programming, unlocking or repair is done where the car already is.
